Image is one of the brands made by Icon Health and Fitness. It is actually one of the least known brands from Icon. This explains the reason for their being cheap.

Price Range
Image models lie in the low to mid price range with treadmills available for as low as $400 to as high as $1,700. Many of these treadmills carry just 90 day warranty, which is to be expected as budget treadmills don’t have very long life. However, now the company has started making better quality machines (Advanced series) with longer warranties at the same low cost price.
Drawbacks
Research, shows there were some complaints about Image’s customer service. Except that, they have sorted out all the remaining older problems like the product quality and the duration of their warranties with the introduction of Advanced models.
Recommendation
Image treadmills are good particularly for those looking to save money. They have overcome many of their weaknesses during the last few years making them one of the better beginner level treadmill brands. However, problem is most websites continue to sell their older models that have poor quality and short warranties. Avoid these models since they will create problems for you. Buy only the Advanced series models.
